Hourly Rate
Hourly rate for regular work is $150 per hour (billed in increments of fifteen minutes).
Urgent / Rush Requests
We consider an urgent / rush request to be a request that requires us to complete work faster than our standard delivery times. Unless there is an urgent / rush request that is due to an error made on our end, these types of requests will be invoiced at 1.5 times our normal hourly rate.
Late Fees
If your invoice is more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days past due, a late fee of 10% of the past due amount will be added onto the outstanding invoice.
Cancellation / Reactivation Fees
Should the payment for Smart Sites or web hosting become 30 (thirty) calendar days past due, service will be cancelled until the outstanding invoice (along with the 10% late fee is paid). There is also a $150 website reactivation fee to resume service.
Prepaid Time
Any unused prepaid time expires six (6) months from the date of purchase. This only effects prepaid time that is purchased in 2019.
New Website Payment Terms
Fifty percent (50%) of the project quote is due to begin the project as well the full cost of any plugins, software, etc. that is needed to complete the project. The remaining project balance is due at least one (1) business day prior to the launch date of the site.
Delivery Time For Sample Website Design
The sample design for new websites will be ready five in (5) business days from when all required items are given to us. The first business day starts the day after all required information is received. The sample design will consist of the Home page and one inside page.
Delivery Time For Graphic Design
The average turnaround for design jobs is two (2) business days. The first business day starts the day after all required information is received. More in-depth graphic design could take up to five (5) business days.
Delivery Time For Edits & Quote Requests
Most website edits and quote requests can be completed within three (3) business days from when all required items / information is provided to us. Please note that long and complex requests may take longer than 3 business days to complete. Should this be the case we will promptly provide you with an expected completion date.
Project Quotes & Contracts
Project quotes/contracts are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the day we send it. After that we will need to reevaluate the project specifications to ensure that the project scope has not changed. If the project scope has changed a new quote will be provided.
Project Contracts
Project contracts are required for all new website projects. The project contract must be signed and returned (digitally) with first payment and any files or server access needed in order to begin. If any of things have not been received, we cannot start the project.
Inactive Projects
If a project sits idle for more than thirty (30 calendar) days it will be considered inactive. 50% of the remaining balance is required to reactivate the project and resume work.
Scheduling Website Launch
We are available to launch websites most Monday-Thursdays. Advanced notice of at least three (3) full business days must be given to schedule a website going live. Anything less than (3) business days will incur a rush fee of 20% of the project total.
Design Revisions
Clients can request three (3) rounds of design revisions be made to the sample design of their website. Each email with website changes is considered a "round of revisions" To get the most out of a round of revisions, please have your client put together a single email that consists of all edits that they would like to see made during that particular round of revisions.
Post Launch Updates
After a website launches any new website edits will be considered NEW work and billed accordingly. There are a two exceptions to this policy:
- If an error is found that was made on our end we will rectify it asap at no additional charge.
- If there is a project spec / update that we agreed to take care of post launch, we will complete that update at no additional charge.
Domain Transfers
Whether you need help transferring a website domain name to your new hosting provider or you need help transferring to the 20 Lemons website hosting plan, 20 Lemons has our clients covered in each scenario. The standard fee for this is a flat rate of $275. However, in situations that require above-average troubleshooting, extra steps, etc.--all time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This will be determined on a project-by-project basis.
