  • Prepare to roll out information for clients in a method that they can begin to expect or count on.
    • For example, some businesses have jumped from doing one email blast a month to sending emails twice a month. Information (and misinformation) are spreading faster than ever before. Communication may need to be ramped up—pending how fast things are changing in your environment.
  • You might notice that your audience has changed. Or, who you need to communicate with has changed – consider relooking where and how you are networking.
  • Relook at how you are using social media
    • Consider setting a private Facebook group
      • You might be able to get more engagement from a niche audience.
    • Relook at how you use LinkedIn…
      • LinkedIn groups can create powerful connections.
  • Utilize video. With extensive amount of email and Zoom calls happening, utilizing video can be helpful to demonstrate any new changes you have going on.
    • Ex: Explainer videos
    • Videos allow for people to use additional senses
