~Easy Lemon Mousse~
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
14 oz. Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Directions:
[1] Beat the cream until stiff.
[2] Add the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
[3] Beat until creamy and mousse-like consistency.
[4] Pour into individual ramekins.
[5] Cover with plastic wrap- directly onto the mousse – and refrigerate.
[6] Serve.
